Shipping policy

Packing Materials

Shipping boxes and packing paper is 100% recyclable. The packing peanuts used are biodegradable starch and can be melted in the sink and rinsed down the drain, or composted. Any non-recyclable material found in your shipment has been reused from packages I have received in the mail.

Shipping

All in stock orders will be processed and be shipped within 1 week. Made to order pieces will ship out within 2 - 3 weeks depending on the hand made item/s you choose. All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS whenever possible.

Shipping is calculated by quantity of pieces and begins at $12. Each additional piece is $2. If you place multiple orders, your orders will be automatically combined as if you had a multi-piece order and your excess shipping refunded. 

*Large orders: If you place a large order you might be contacted separately to cover shipping costs if they differ greatly from what you paid.

Expedited Order: You may choose to “expedite” your order and this will move your order up in line if your order is time-sensitive. An expedited order will ship roughly within 2-10 days.

International Shipment: We gladly ship internationally! Any shipments outside of the USA are final sale and any additional duty fees are not covered in your order. 

Theft & Lost Packages

Habibi Ceramics is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after it is in the possession of USPS. No exceptions. It’s always a good idea to keep an eye on tracking so you can be sure to bring it inside when it arrives. If your package is stolen from your doorstep you can file a claim using your tracking number via USPS. 

Local Pickup

Those who would like to pickup orders in person can chose ‘Local Pickup' upon checkout. Pickup will be in San Jose, CA. You will receive an email to reserve a day and time to meet!
