Returns
Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. The buyer will have to cover the cost of shipping and be responsible for safely packing the products being returned. All pieces must be received in the condition they were purchased.

Damages
Every item is inspected but accidents can happen when shipping delicate ceramics. If an item arrives damaged please send a couple detailed photos of the broken piece within 48 hours and we’ll work to find a solution and inquire about insurance claims. Please include a photo of the box it arrived in with all labels visible, and the broken piece. Habibi Ceramics is not responsible for damages to items from everyday use.
